- Description of Services
- Online Retreat Format: We organise online Thryve Leader Retreats conducted via Zoom (or such other video conferencing platform as we may specify from time to time), allowing you to participate from your own home or chosen location with internet access. Thryve Pro Academy acts as the organiser and facilitator of these retreats.
- Core Components: Each Retreat includes the following elements:
- Guided gentle yoga postures.
- Breathing exercises.
- Music-based relaxation sessions.
- An informational session about Transcendental Meditation, delivered by a TM teacher (or teacher in training) who teaches under the auspices of Maharishi Foundation UK. This session is purely informational and does not involve the practice of Transcendental Meditation.
- A wellbeing, personal development, and/or leadership workshop.
- Duration and Schedule: Retreats are structured as programmes with specific start and end times, breaks, and session schedules that will be communicated to you upon Booking confirmation. Retreat duration and the structure and duration of individual components may vary between sessions.
- Technical Requirements: Participation requires the technical setup described in clause 12.3, as well as a quiet space suitable for gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities.
- Individual Practice: While guidance is provided online, all yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities are performed independently by you in your chosen location.
- Group Viewing: Some participants may choose to gather at a location to join the online Retreat as a group. Any such arrangement is made entirely at your own initiative and is not organised, endorsed, or facilitated by us. We accept no responsibility for the premises, facilities, or safety of any location you choose. You are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable and safe for the activities involved.

By completing your Booking, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities described in clause 3.3, or that you have obtained medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider to do so. If your health circumstances change between the date of Booking and the date of the Retreat, you must reassess your fitness to participate and, where appropriate, obtain updated medical clearance before participating. Any decision to do so is entirely at our discretion and does not create any obligation to act similarly in future cases.
- We may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your Booking to a future Retreat date as a goodwill gesture. This does not oblige us to offer transfers in future cases. We may apply reasonable conditions, including requiring the new Retreat to be within 3 months and payment of any price difference. If you fail to attend your scheduled Retreat without prior notice, you will forfeit your Booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Retreat due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which case we will offer you a transfer to an alternative date or provide a full refund.

- Limitation of Liability
- Subject to clause 10.3, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or your participation in any Retreat will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the relevant Retreat. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

- Subject to clause 10.3, we are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effects arising from: (a) your failure to follow Instructor safety guidance; (b) your failure to honestly assess your fitness to participate in accordance with clause 4.2; (c) your participation despite knowing it posed a risk to your health; or (d) inherent risks of physical activity that could not reasonably have been avoided through due care on our part.

- Health and Safety Disclaimers
- Your Wellbeing Matters: Our Retreats involve physical movement including gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities. Before booking, you must honestly assess whether you are physically able to participate safely. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or health concerns that may be affected by physical movement, stretching, or breathing exercises, you must consult your healthcare provider before booking. You should not book or participate if you have any doubt about your fitness to do so without first obtaining medical advice.

Even when your camera is on, the Instructor's ability to observe individual participants is inherently limited in a group setting. You should ensure you have access to appropriate support if needed.
- Camera Use: You may choose whether to keep your camera on or off during Retreat sessions. If you keep your camera off, Instructors will have no ability to observe your posture or technique.
